The International Council for Human Rights (accredited by the United Nations ECOSOC) announced yesterday that the head of its mission to the United Nations in Geneva, Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed, is in the process of assigning the regional director in addition to the candidate for the position of special envoy of the administration to the African Union to submit, after the required research, a full explanation at the beginning of next week On the possibility of presenting solutions to the conflict between African countries against the backdrop of the recent Niger crisis, in order to avoid bloodshed, for which innocent citizens have always paid the price.

اعلن المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان (معتمد من الأمم المتحدة إيكوسوك)أمس أن رئيس بعثتها الى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد بصدد تكليف المدير الإقليمي بالإضافة إلى المرشح لمنصب مبعوث خاص للإدارة الى الاتحاد الإفريقي التقدم، بعد البحوث المطلوبة، بشرح وافي اول الاسبوع المقبل عن إمكانية تقديم الحلول في الصراع القائم بين الدول الأفريقية على خلفية أزمة النيجر الاخيرة، بغية تلافي إراقة الدماء التي طالما دفع ثمنها المواطن البريء .

Le Conseil international des droits de l’homme (accrédité par l’ECOSOC des Nations Unies) a annoncé hier que le chef de sa mission auprès des Nations Unies à Genève, le Dr. Haissam Bou-Said, est en train d’affecter le directeur régional en plus du candidat à le poste d’envoyé spécial de l’administration auprès de l’Union Africaine pour remettre, après les recherches requises, une explication complète en début de semaine prochaine Sur la possibilité de présenter des solutions au conflit entre pays africains sur fond de crise récente au Niger, afin d’éviter l’effusion de sang, dont les citoyens innocents ont toujours payé le prix.
