Dechert العالمية تتخلى عن كميل ابو سليمان

تخلت شركة Dechert عن المحامي كميل ابو سليمان بعد الخلافات التي وقعت بينهما ولم يعد ابو سليمان كرئيس مجلس ادارة الشركة في لندن ومن ثم كشريك partner فيها يمثلها في اي قضية قانونية تتعرض لها خصوصا بعد ان

أمرت محكمة في أميركا Dechert law firm ابراز كل الايميلات المرسلة من قبل ابو سليمان .. الشركة لم تقف بجانبه بل تركته و قبلت تسليم جميع الايميلات المتعلقة به و التي تساوي ٨٠٠ ايميل تقريبا

اما الآن اصبح محامياً عادياً Counsel حتى أنه لم يعد partner بعد ان كشفت هذه المراسلات عن مخالفات غير قانونية شاركت فيها شقيقته رندا ابو سليمان

الجدير ذكره ان ابو سليمان كان احد الوكلاء القانونيين الذي تولى ملاحقة الدعاوى المتعلقة بانفجار مرفأ بيروت دون ان تظهر اي بوادر ايجابية بهذه الدعاوى

Dechert International abandons Camille Abousleiman

Dechert Law abandoned lawyer Camille Abousleiman after a conflict occurred between them, resulting in Abousleiman to no longer serve as Chairman of DECHERT in London.
Moreover, Abousleiman has also been removed from the partnership position he previously held.

Abousleiman is no longer a PARTNER but ordinary COUNSEL of the lawfirm after a court in the USA ordered Dechert to produce documents including emails sent by Abousleiman related to his malfeasance. The lawfirm did not defend him, but rather cooperated fully regarding the DISCOVERY process, handing over around 800 emails related to the scheme.
This case resulted in demoting Mr. Abousleiman after the DISCOVERY revealed illegal violations in which his sister Randa Abousleiman, a Lebanese lawyer, participated.
It is worth noting that Abousleiman was one of the lawyers who prosecuted a lawsuit related to the Beirut Port explosion, without practical or material results.

Dechert Law a abandonné l’avocat Camille Abousleiman après qu’un conflit soit survenu entre eux, ce qui a conduit Abousleiman à ne plus exercer les fonctions de président de DECHERT à Londres.
De plus, Abusleiman a également été démis du poste de partenariat qu’il occupait auparavant.

Abousleiman n’est plus un ASSOCIÉ mais un CONSEIL ordinaire du cabinet d’avocats après qu’un tribunal aux États-Unis a ordonné à Dechert de produire des documents, notamment des courriels envoyés par Abousleiman, relatifs à ses méfaits. Le cabinet d’avocats ne l’a pas défendu, mais a plutôt pleinement coopéré au processus de DÉCOUVERTE, en lui remettant environ 800 e-mails liés au stratagème.
Cette affaire a abouti à la rétrogradation de M. Abousleiman après que la DÉCOUVERTE a révélé des violations illégales auxquelles sa sœur Randa Abousleiman, avocate libanaise, a participé.
Il convient de noter qu’Abusleiman était l’un des avocats qui ont intenté une action en justice liée à l’explosion du port de Beyrouth, sans résultat pratique ou matériel.
