إستقبل وزير الثقافة القاضي محمد وسام المرتضى في مكتبه في قصر الصنائع الوزيرة السابقة زينة عكر وبدر الحاج. وتم البحث في شؤون ثقافية.
وقدم الحاج للوزير المرتضى نسخة عن كتابه “طرابلس الشام”.

وبعد اللقاء، غرد الوزير المرتضى “‏مع الوزيرة زينة عكر والأستاذ بدر الحاج الموسوعة التاريخية التي لا تعرف كللا والمؤمنة بأن من جملة مقتضيات الخلاص هو الإحاطة الدقيقة بتاريخنا لا سيما الحديث تمهيدا لتكوين وعي جامع وموحد حول تحديات الواقع تمهيدا لبناء مستقبل معافى ومنيع”.
